By using RoadGuessr you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy below. Anyone can play as a guest; if accounts are added later, you will need to be at least 13 to create one.

Be kind and play fair: no offensive nicknames, harassment or cheating, no bots or scraping, no attacks on the site or the game server, and no copying the game into another site. Room hosts can remove players, and we may block anyone who breaks these rules.

Street View and the map come from Google. Using them means you also accept the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service (https://maps.google.com/help/terms_maps/) and the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

The game, its design and code belong to RoadGuessr; the imagery belongs to Google and the map data to the sources listed on our About page. If you think something here infringes your copyright, email [email protected].

The game is free and provided "as is", without warranties. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss caused by using it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye; consumers keep the mandatory protections of their own country. We may update these terms, and the date above shows the current version. If one part turns out to be invalid, the rest still applies.

RoadGuessr is run by an individual based in Türkiye, who is responsible for your data. Contact: [email protected].

• Room games: your nickname, guesses and scores. They are kept only in the game server's memory and deleted 30 minutes after the room was last used.
• Visit statistics from Umami, which uses no cookies, stores nothing that identifies you and respects Do Not Track.
• Emails you send us, only to answer them.

No accounts, no real names, no location, no ads, and we never sell data.

Your settings, game history, daily streak and room seat are saved in your browser's local storage. They never reach us, and you can delete them by clearing this site's data.

Google (Street View and the map), Cloudflare (hosting and security), OpenFreeMap (map tiles) and Umami (statistics) receive your IP address when your browser loads them, and handle it under their own privacy policies, sometimes outside your country, such as in the US.

We set no cookies of our own. Google and Cloudflare may set their own, for example for security. There are no ads today; if that changes, this policy will be updated and you will be asked for consent where required.

Under KVKK and the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and complain to a data protection authority. Write to [email protected]; we answer within 30 days. The game is for a general audience and is not aimed at children.

If any of this changes, for example when Google sign-in is added for ranked games, this page will be updated first.
